It’s a simple enough concept: you are a service based business, so you should focus on great customer service. Unfortunately, we have all had experiences with business that have left us wanting and with an unpleasant taste in our mouth. The level of customer service we had wanted just wasn’t there. Having worked in the telecom industry for over a decade, we understand how it tends to go. You get connected with a company salesperson. Things seem to be going great! They’re friendly, informative and you think you’ve hit the jackpot. You go ahead and sign the quote. Then what? For starters, with some companies you may never see your salesman/woman again. If you’re lucky, you get the same tech from the beginning to the end of the job, but more than likely you will see different techs, who don’t always know where the other left off. Have a question or concern about how things are progressing on site? You might be able to reach them via email, but you’ll be hard pressed to get them back on site. At the end of the day, the job got done, but the experience wasn’t all it could be.
At TCC Telecom we make it our mission to provide the best customer service you will find, not just in this industry, but any. In fact, it is one of the two main found principals of our company – the other being education. Everything we do, we do with customer service in mind. What is the TCC difference? For starters, if you’re a local business you may have received one of our fliers in the mail. Every flier we send out includes a personalized, handwritten note from Meagan (we’re currently up to 377 fliers sent out to the local business community)! Many companies these days try to quote jobs without ever seeing them first, but that leads to surprise charges for the customer from things that were missed. We will never quote out your job without visiting your location first. Matt will be onsite, taking as long as necessary to document your location, needs, asking questions, and answering whatever concerns you may have. We will also happily change quotes as many times as necessary so you are happy with what you are getting. Once your job gets started, you’ll see Matt there from start to finish of the job. If you’re especially lucky you may even see Meagan or their son Christian there, too! We take care to schedule your projects in a way to least disrupt your business, and as efficiently as possible. When the job is done, don’t be surprised to find a handwritten thank you note in your mailbox a week later. It’s important to us that you feel appreciated for trusting us with your business! And what about all that time in between from quoting to finishing your job? Matt and Meagan make it their mission to get to know their clients – you aren’t just a paycheck to us. Many of our customers become family; we love getting to know about you, your families, and your hobbies. Have a question? Call or email us and you will get a response. And there is no foolish question! If you’re fortunate enough that Meagan has stopped by on your job site, you may even get some home-made goodies! At the end of the day, your satisfaction is the most important thing to us and we treat you like our family.
Don’t just take our word for it, though. Here’s what some of our customers have to say about our service.
