Meagan has been a resident of Westminster, MD since 1991. After a brief escape during college to a small town outside of Philadelphia, she realized that Westminster was the place that she wanted to live, raise her family, and invest in. When the time came, there was no doubt that the business that she and Matt created would be based in Carroll County.
If something needs to be done behind the scenes of the business, Meagan is doing it. Making phone calls, emailing, customer service, marketing, networking, invoicing, placing orders – Meagan does it all. She loves customer service – and spent 16 years in the food industry, prior to TCC Telecom, cultivating those skills. It is important to Meagan that each of our clients feel important and valued; she wants to get to know you – not just your business.
In the spare time she has left after working on the business, you can find Meagan doing any of the following: spending time with her family (her number one priority), taking ballet class, baking, reading, going to church, and even teaching preschool! Meagan recently went back to school at Carroll Community College to get her Business Administration degree and got A’s in both of her classes in the spring.
After a successful career at Sherwin-Williams, earning the President’s Club Award twice – the highest award given to store managers and sales representatives – Matthew changed paths completely and entered the telecommunications field in 2003. Through his love of the work and an intense desire to learn, he moved quickly through the ranks. He has worked for some of the industry leaders throughout his 14-year career in the field.
Now, as part of TCC Telecom, he is able to take the skills he has perfected over the years and provide the best service possible to Carroll County and beyond. If you have work to be performed, Matt will be the one there helping you out! He also spends his time keeping up on the latest technology trends to be able to offer our customers the best solutions possible. Matt is an Avaya IP Office Certified Installation Professional Specialist as well as an Avaya Professional Sales Specialist. He also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and completed his A+ classes in the spring and just passed his CompTia A+ Certification exams. He just completed his Network Essentials classes in June and will continue on to Network Security in the fall. He made the Dean’s Honor Roll last semester with perfect grades in both of his classes.
Raised here, he is a Carroll County boy at heart, Matthew has spent some time all over Maryland and Pennsylvania, but always comes back home. In 2005 he moved to Westminster, and has been here ever since. While head telecommunications engineer may be his job title, he finds his true joy in life being a dad. You can find him with his kids at soccer games, hiking, the movies, woodworking in the shop, or going on trips.
As the youngest member of TCC Telecom, don’t let Christian’s age fool you. At 18, Christian can cable and terminate a jack with the best of them. After all, he’s been working on job sites with Matthew since he was 12!
As a native of Westminster, Christian grew up playing soccer all around the county – recreational level for Westminster Soccer Association, club level soccer for Central Carroll Soccer, indoor at both Carroll Indoor and Four Seasons Sports Complex, and most recently as a starting varsity player for Mount Airy Christian Academy winning the conference championship in both his Junior and Senior seasons. Even scoring the only goal in the championship game last year for his team. He has also played for the Baltimore Bays out of Essex and Fredericksburg FC in Virginia.
One of Christian’s passions in life is traveling. Already at his young age he’s traveled to England, El Salvador and Colombia. His future travel goals include Mexico, Germany and Italy.
